Hi, I’m Jack, the founder of WowWares.

For more than 15 years, I worked as a software engineer. Like many people in the tech industry, I spent long days in front of multiple screens—writing code, solving problems, attending online meetings, and working through tight deadlines.

Over time, I realized how important it was to make time for comfort and relaxation during a busy workday.

I tried different ways to unwind, including stretching, ergonomic products, and neck massagers. Some were bulky, some were uncomfortable, and others simply didn’t fit naturally into my daily routine.

That experience led me to a simple question:

Why isn’t there a neck massager designed around the way modern people actually live and work?

That question became the beginning of WowWares.
